CONFERENCE OVERVIEW

  • "Educating in the Future" is the theme for this year’s Science in the South Conference. Sessions will focus on advances in science and pedagogical approaches that allow our students to be a part of building a quality future. Our conference goal is to support K-12 educators with content knowledge, educator growth, and student learning.
  •   Whether you are a first year teacher looking for new ideas or a veteran teacher looking for ways to energize your classroom, the Science in the South Conference provides ample opportunities to connect with educators, explore ways to share science information, earn PD credits, and to just have a great time learning. Earn up to 5.0 Professional Development Hours (PDHs) for attending and participating.

12:00 pm: Lunch and Making the Most of Your ISTA Membership

Once you have completed the registration form, you will be able to either pay immediately at our secure site with a credit card or at a later date via check/PO from you or your employer. The confirmation of registration you receive via email serves as either your receipt or bill.

EXHIBITS

Come talk with many commercial and non-commercial exhibitors.  There displays will be open from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
